All entries are reviewed to confirm eligibility, authenticity, and appropriateness, and Sirenella Press (a) is under no obligation and/or (b) reserves the right to decline any submission at its discretion. Your participation is entirely voluntary.

• Your photo requirements — EXUDE book must be prominently or clearly visible (scroll to Google form below for additional photo requirements)

• Verification of your submission — If your submission is deemed eligible, we'll contact you to confirm your mailing info is accurate

• LimIted supplies — only 1 bookmark PER reader/PER form submission

• FREE USPS standard shipping — Domestic USA only; APO/FPO addresses are OK and so are US territories of Guam and Puerto Rico

• Prep & mailing time — please allow 3–4 weeks for processing and mailing (each bookmark is prepared and mailed with care)

Qualified and participating EXUDE readers will receive:
